Stripe HQ Celebration

To mark the finish of the Stripe office build, and to boost in-office attendance, the workplace team and I collaborated to craft a full-day, festival-style event for local Stripe employees: think talks, live music, and classes, all designed to spark connection. In parallel, we also ran a Slack scavenger hunt, sending Stripes on a quest to discover SF's best treats tucked away in new corners of the office like the wellness room and the library.

As a result, the office saw the second most heavily attended in-office day. One standout quote: “It was the day I felt most connected to Stripe”
